Once you Endeavor Farther and Farther into the World of Health. You start to see that the world of Health isn’t made up of just one big group of people. (like you may have previously thought..) but Many.. MANY groups of people. with contradicting evidences and truths.(and sometimes agreeing evidences and truths..) Which Makes things quite confusing after you really start digging. Heres a List
(in a comedian like fashion.. ya got to either laugh or cry… I choose to laugh.)

And the One Diet that Every single one agrees that No one should be on. yet almost every single person has came out of..

Drugs are the Answer, S.A.D. Diet Eaters (S.A.D. Standard American Diet)

Now.. I know in order to find the truth. One must not get stuck on any one of these diets. But one must find a balance in between them all that works for you. (even if that balance cuts out of few of the diets)
But with so many different Options and Opinions. Where in the World Does One start once the’ve gotten past eating the S.A.D. diet????
Especially if your trying to Over come a sometimes seemingly HUGE Mountain of a problem?.. Awe.. now you see the cross roads that I am standing in. What area shall I study deeper into? which one Brings about the quickest results with the least amount of discomfort? who knows? I know by now you are thinking.. Only God knows. and thats just what I am thinking at this moment… so… Lord! YOU KNOW. so PLEASE SHOW ME.!!! AMEN.

Now.. the Middle that I am seeing so far is:

Eat Mostly Veggies and Fruit. (Lots of Green. when your at the point where you can handle them without going into a healing crisis or a serious cleanse.)

Low Amounts of Grains. and what you do eat. Sprout it or Ferment it.

Sprout your Legumes. (Lentils, Chick-a-peas (garbanzos))

No Sugar. (Only Natural Sugars.. and theres a long list)

Eat your Fats Raw. (Raw Butter, Raw Olive Oil, Raw coconut Oil and ect.)

Enjoy your Chocolate or Cacao, Raw

Enjoy Super foods.. like.. Goji Berries, Maca Powder, Raw Cacao and Many others.

Enjoy your Dairy Products RAW, NOT homogenized and Not Pasteurized (AKA raw..).
Grass Fed and Organic. if you enjoy Goat. eat more goat products (I hate goat milk and goat products) if you don’t like goat products eat more Sheep Products.(way better then Goat or Cow Products) as Both Goat and sheep products are easier to digest then cow. BUT Cream is different then MILK and is digested like a FAT so Cream is good if its Raw.

If you do choose to eat Meat eat Organic. Hormone-less, anti-biotic less. meat. that is preferably grass fed or free range.
that goes for eggs too. (free range and Organic. and try to find a fresh supplier.. most eggs at the store are old)

Anyway. Enough with my ranting.. I shall continue to study. and dig deeper.

Great News! Recently there has been a rise in people reading food labels. and trying to make more informed choices on what they eat. and to that I say Bravo! Great Job. BUT! This is still not enough.
what seems to be the fact is that the advantage person learns just enough about certain ingredients to know they are bad. Yet they don’t look deeper into the issue as it WHY they are bad. Which is Dangerous Because at the slightest touch of ‘new information’ the Pendulum can swing either way. People need to have firm, rock solid information. Especially when it comes to something so important like nutrition and the simple question of whats is bad or Good to eat!

When it comes to pulling the wool over someones eyes. T.V. and T.V. commercials seem to work the best!
Recently the ‘The Corn Refiners Association’ (the people who make high fructose corn syrup) started to loose a bit of business.. (due to you making more informed choices! once again.. Bravo!)
so to make up for the slump in sales they decided they would make a few well thought out commercials. Playing with the knowledge that most people now know High Fructose Corn Syrup is BAD. they cleverly played with the fact that people Don’t know WHY its bad. which is where it gets dangerous. and where they can slip a few well thought out facts so people will swing over to the side of thinking. which is making people think that ‘HFCS’ (High Fructose Corn Syrup) is in some way as good as sugar or even better. (to say something is as good as sugar isn’t saying much. sugar is horrible for you in its refined adulterated form. Do some Research!.. or keep an eye out for more forwards from me. soon I will be sending some out about White sugar.. *shutter*)
They did this with with well planned out explanations like ‘Whats wrong with it? its made from CORN’ (Harmless corn.. right?) while making the ‘Health Conscious person’ look like a idiot for not knowing all there facts. (Oh and the person eating the HFCS knows all the facts… its corn. its as good as sugar. and the Government and the ‘The Corn Refiners Association’ say its ok in moderation… ha I guess putting it in everything from drinks, Soups, Breads, Condiments(ketchup) and desserts is moderation right?)

On the website they claim that HFCS has many benefits. when you read them you can see who its benefiting.. THE FOOD COMPANIES! the benefits they speak of are not Health Benefits!
(Don’t be tricked!)

Maillard products can inhibit the uptake and metabolism of free amino acids and other nutrients such as zinc, and some advanced Maillard products have mutagenic and/or carcinogenic properties. The Maillard reactions between proteins and fructose, glucose, and other sugars may play a role in aging and in some clinical complications of diabetes.

is your health really worth sacrificing for a ‘balance of flavor’ and/or an ‘enhancement of flavor’ that could easily be done with health-full ingredients that actually build you up rather then tear you down. I think this benefits the food companies. what do you think?

A deeper look:
once again. something else that looks like its better for the food companies then YOU. in other words.. Let me say what this translates.
They can now make the shelf life LONGER. so you can eat OLDER, Foods.
The product won’t dry out as quickly so once again. LONGER shelf life. and OLDER food.. eaten by YOU. to save THEM money. (what a rip off!)

A deeper look:
Awe. But they do not mention that it is more then likely made from GMO corn. as 60% of all corn grown in the USA is GMO!

“Research confirms that high fructose corn syrup is safe and nutritionally the same as table sugar.”
A deeper look: when male rats are fed a diet deficient in copper, with sucrose as the carbohydrate, they develop severe pathologies of vital organs. Liver, heart and testes exhibit extreme swelling, while the pancreas atrophies, invariably leading to death of the rats before maturity.

Sucrose is a disaccharide composed of 50 percent glucose and 50 percent fructose. Dr. Fields repeated her experiments to determine whether it was the glucose or fructose moiety that caused the harmful effects. Starch breaks down into glucose when digested.

On a copper-deficient diet, the male rats showed some signs of copper deficiency,
On the Sucrose diet rats had gross abnormalities of vital organs.
When the rats were fed FRUCTOSE, the fatal organ abnormalities occured.

Lysl oxidase is a copper-dependent enzyme that participates in the formation of collagen and elastin. Fructose seems to interfere with copper metabolism to such an extent that collagen and elastin cannot form in growing animals–hence the hypertrophy of the heart and liver in young males. The females did not develop these abnormalities, but they resorbed their litters.

High Fructose Corn Syrup is HIGH in Fructose. Hence then name ‘HIGH FRUCTOSE corn syrup’…

In 1980 the average person ate 39 pounds of fructose and 84 pounds of sucrose.


In 1994 the average person ate 66 pounds of sucrose and 83 pounds of fructose, providing 19 percent of total caloric energy.
Today approximately 25 percent of our average caloric intake comes from sugars, with the larger fraction as fructose.

and you can find HFCS in everything from Soup to Ketchup. to Desserts to breads.. and EVERYTHING in between!

(Does that look or sound like Moderation?)

So why do they want us to eat HFCS?

Cause its Cheap. theres alot of it. and theres alot of money to loose for the food companies if people don’t eat it.

GMOs:


GMO stands for (Genetically Modified Organisms) a fancy way of saying Creating something by taking somethings gene and placing it in something else that by no natural means could have gotten there. Like lets say.. a fish. they take a gene of a fish that makes it not freeze in cold water. then take a strawberry plant. and shoot the fish gene in the strawberry plant.. and PRESTO non freezing strawberries!

or take a jelly fish gene and shoot it into a rabbit and PRESTO a glow in the dark rabbit. or better yet. take a spider thread making gene and put it in a goats utter and PRESTO a goat that makes Spider thread.

Cool huh? NO not when your going to be eating these experiments! this ‘technology’ has not been tested. in fact its being tested right now. ON THE GENERAL PUBLIC! Just picture. your poor unsuspecting Grandma who is allergic to shell fish (or something else) and she picks up some strawberries that have been shot with a shell fish gene (or whatever else may be an alergen to your

poor grandmother) for some reason.. and all the sudden after consuming some Strawberries she starts to feel funny. in fact she starts to feel like she ate some shell fish.(or other alergen) she thinks ‘naah can’t be all i had was strawberries’.

These complications and combinations are far reaching. not only do we have to fear our otherwise allergy free food being spliced with something we are allergic to. they also make some plants completely resistant to pesticides. so they can pour way more then lethal dose (for Normal plants) to the GMO plants there for we are eating food SOAKED in POISON. Plus this also Creates ‘Super Bugs’ which are resistant to pesticides.

we also must worry about food shortages caused by this tecnology. if you have read up on it. I am sure you have read lots of happy quotes of people saying this is going to END world hunger. Yet I have a Question for you. how can you end world hunger with a seed that won’t reproduce its self? thats right its WON’T reproduce its self. if all our corn was GMO right now. we wouldn’t have ANY corn next year. GONE.. GONE for GOOD! and the scarey thing is they are planting some GMO crops out in the open. so bees come and polonate the GMO crops and then go to Non GMO crops and cross them with GMO making the seeds of the non gmo crop a GMO seed. and that seed CAN’T REPRODUCE! Can you imagine? they are messing with our food supply. and all they’re worried about is if they can sell it! cause thats what all this is about. making money. Right?…..Sad huh?

Alternative sugars
(A Great way to Enjoy Sweet!)

Truely Raw Honey ( thE stuff that says ‘Unheated’ and if it says ‘Not Heated above 118′ its even better. Unfiltered is BEST!)

Agave (From a cactus it has a really full bodied flavor.. Kinda like Maple. yet its not super boiled down. alot of raw fooders use it

Yucca Syrup (from the Yucca plant.. I haven”t tried it yet. But its suppost be be safe for diebetics and candida sufferers)


Maca Powder (From the maca root. has many benefits. tastes malty (yummy)

Stevia (A Sweet Herb.. it has a really SUPER sweet taste.. yet its not full bodied.. it only does a sweetness on one spot on your tung..(either that. or I added too much one time. and have never forgotten it. haven’t worked that much with stevia.. only here and there..) great to use with other spices.. so the other spices can hit other areas of your tung and make it more satisfying.. oh by the way you only need a pinch.. its WAY sweeter then sugar.. like 100 times sweeter.. or something like that)

Xylitol (You can use it instead of sugar. and ever diabetics can use it.. its made from corn husks or Birch

tree bark. the birch tree bark one is suppose to be the better of the two.. (for obvious reasons like GMOs :-p) it doesn’t feed candida or other bad yeasts. it kills bad bacteria in your throat. and is also said to build your bones and create stronger teeth.. lots of people rave about it. Tastes just like sugar..though I have tried to stop using it due to the fact that its bad for dogs.. Do not keep anything with Xylitol around Dogs! it causes them to have a rapid loss of blood sugar and can cause death.)

Fruit Juices (theres alot of cereals out there that use fruit juices.. There truely Grrrr-8t! (Great)

Raw Rapadura and Maskavado Sugars (Raw Whole Sugar.. if you have to use sugar.. use this. (or Xylitol) it tastes like Carmel! so yummy!. it still has ALL its molasses in it and it dehydrated so its RAW.. good stuff..)


Dates (if u love candy.. EAT DATES..OH SO GOOD. but WAY BETTER FOR U. dates can also be blended up and used as a sweetener. (remove the pits first!) also its a more complex starch and releases slowly into your blood stream.. so you have a slow steady flow of energy.. Unlike sugar.(which releases quickly.. giving u the UP then down.)

Or Just Plain Fruit… Fruit is a great sweetener. and when your off sugar for awhile you won’t need as much sweetener.. so fruit tastes sweet enough!

Obviously.. Avoid all other sugars That I haven’t mentioned.. cause they are BAD.. white sugar leaches good stuff from your bones. feeds bad yeasts. and a whole bunch of other bad things. sugar substitutes are nothing but chemicals that are bad. and corn syrup is bad cause of the reasons just previously explained..
