these are, hands down, the best peanut-butter  cookies EVER.
they are crispy, crunchy, crumbly and yummy.
and best of all, they don’t have ANY flour! (No grains whatsoever,  completely gluten free!)
Recipe:
1 cup of peanut-butter
1 egg
1/2 to 1 cup of a dry sweetener (I use coconut sugar)
1 tsp of baking soda
bake at 350 for 10-12 mins.
